The static SynergyFlex website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. The contact@synergyflex.ch email account is hosted using Infomaniak’s kSuite.
Infomaniak therefore acts as a technical service provider for website hosting and email communications.
Data processed when visiting the website
In the website configuration verified on the date of this update:
- SynergyFlex does not use any external audience measurement or profiling tools.
- The website does not place any non-essential cookies.
- No cookie banner is therefore required in the current configuration.
- The hosting provider may nevertheless process technical connection data, such as the IP address, browser, and the date and time of the visit, to operate, secure and protect the infrastructure.
Contact by email
The website does not currently contain a contact form. Contact is made by email at contact@synergyflex.ch.
When a visitor sends a message, the information they provide is processed by Ingénierie CVC Sàrl using Infomaniak’s kSuite email service in order to:
- respond to the enquiry;
- assess the project described;
- prepare any necessary follow-up discussions or services.
This information is retained only for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and comply with any applicable obligations.
Energy data and project files
During the initial exchange, visitors are asked not to send sensitive or directly identifying data.
The arrangements for transferring, retaining and processing the energy files required for a study are agreed with the client before the files are used. The showcase website has no upload system and does not automatically analyse any project files.
Disclosure to third parties
Data is not sold. It is disclosed only:
- to technical service providers required to operate the website or communications, including Infomaniak for website and email hosting;
- where required by law;
- with the data subject’s consent when a project requires a third party to be involved.
Your rights and contact details
Any request concerning access to, rectification or deletion of personal data may be sent to contact@synergyflex.ch.
A deletion request will be handled taking into account any legal obligations that require certain information to be retained.
